Sandi Purcell, a guard on the KSC women’s basketball team, is a sophomore from Hudson, New Hampshire. Purcell played her high school basketball at Alvirne High School in Hudson.
In her first year with the Owls, Purcell scored a season high 24 points against the University of Southern Maine.
This season, Purcell has scored in double digits in three out of the team’s five games. Purcell recently set a new career high in points, scoring 26 against Endicott College.
In the game, Purcell was 5 for 8 from the free throw line and shot 50 percent from beyond the free-throw line.
