Shannon Summers, a Keene native and senior midfielder, scored in three consecutive games this week while the

Owls women’s soccer team went 2-0-1. Summers started her hot week by scoring in the eighty-fourth minute of a nailbiting game against Middlebury on October 5.
Summers continued her scoring streak with a goal against Worcester State just three minutes into the game. The Owls would go on to win by a score of 2-1 in overtime.
Summers’ third goal of the week came against Rhode Island College, just ten minutes in. The Owls routed Rhode Island College by a score of 6-0.
Summers now has five goals on the season and two assists and has appeared in 12 games so far.
